Plain-language terms for a free service. By signing in and using therightaimodel you agree to them.
What this is
therightaimodel recommends AI models for a task you describe, using data we collect. It is free while we are launching. We may add paid plans or change or end any part of the service; we will give notice of changes that affect your saved analyses where we can.
It is information, not advice
- Results are a starting point. Prices, features, regions and compliance details change, and we can be out of date or wrong. Check the provider's own current pricing and terms before you rely on one.
- Compliance information is not legal advice. A badge such as "HIPAA BAA available" means the provider says it offers that agreement for a particular route. It does not mean a model is certified, that your use is compliant, or that an agreement is in place. Ask your own compliance or legal adviser, and sign the provider's agreement yourself, before handling regulated data.
- Cost figures are estimates from published list prices and the usage you describe. Your bill can differ.
Your account and your content
- You sign in with Google or GitHub. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it.
- Don't put secrets, passwords or other people's personal or confidential data into a task description. Please read what we do with your data.
- You keep what you write. You allow us to process it to produce your result, as described in the privacy page.
- An account can hold a limited number of analyses at once. Delete one to make room for another.
Fair use
Please don't abuse the service: no automated scraping or bulk querying, no attempts to get around limits or the bot check, no probing for security weaknesses, and nothing unlawful. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service or other people.
No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided "as is", without promises that it will be available, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using or relying on the service, including decisions you make about which model or provider to use. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date below changes when we do, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update. Questions: connect@verticalsolutions.ae.
